Job summary

West Riding Recruitment is seeking HGV1 drivers for our depot in York, with day or night shifts available. You will deliver across the UK to hubs and customers, working for a general haulage company that keeps a varied schedule and diverse routes.

Applicants must hold a valid HGV1 licence, CPC and digi-tacho, with no more than 6 minor endorsements and be over 21. The role pays £17 per hour based on two years' experience, and offers an immediate start.

Job description

We are looking for HGV 1 drivers to work either a day or night shift for our depot in York.

Working for a general haulage company, you will be delivering anywhere within the UK/delivering to the hubs

Ideally you will have held your HGV 1 drivers licence for a minimum of 2 years

You will hold a valid CPC and digi tacho card and have no more than 6 minor endorsements. No DD's or DR's need apply

You will be aged over 21 years old.

£17 per hour is based on having 2 years driving experience.

You should be physically fit and have a 'can do' attitude.

This role is an immediate start.
