Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a busy logistics operation in Swansea. The role offers a weekday pattern with a competitive hourly rate and the potential for long-term opportunities within a modern fleet.

We require a valid HGV Class 1 licence (Cat CE) with CPC and Digital Tachograph card. Previous shunting is preferred, but training can be provided, and a strong work ethic with reliable timekeeping is essential.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 licence (Cat CE) is required.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card are mandatory.
• Previous shunting experience is preferred; training can be provided.
• Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-drop runs (8–12 drops daily).
• Carry out trailer checks and basic vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable vehicle at all times.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Acorn by Synergie is urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a busy logistics operation in Swansea.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers, Class 1 Drivers, Cat CE Drivers, LGV Drivers, or HGV Drivers seeking regular weekday work, competitive pay and long-term prospects within a modern logistics environment.

What We Offer

• £18 per hour PAYE.
• £22 per hour UMB PAYE.
• Minimum 8 hours' pay per shift.
