Acorn by Synergie is urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a busy logistics operation in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 1 LGV Drivers seeking regular weekday work with competitive pay and long-term prospects within a modern logistics environment.

The role involves drop-and-swap deliveries, trailer checks and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous shunting experience preferred; training can be provided.
• Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Complete 2-4 drop-and-swap movements.
• Carry out all necessary trailer checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable vehicle.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
