Job summary

Swift Recruitment is seeking a hardworking Class 1 Driver for ongoing work near Ely, Cambridgeshire. Earn up to £23.02 per hour with opportunities to go permanent for top performers. Start ASAP with shifts 05:00–08:00, Monday to Friday, and weekly pay. Free CPC courses and loyalty bonuses are available.

Role involves local drops, hub runs, and some longer distances. Requires up-to-date CPC and Digi-Tacho, plus a valid license and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and dedicated Class 1 Driver with a can-do attitude.
• Must have good level of English communication with customers and client.
• Digi-Tacho Card, CPC, Driving License all in date.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 vehicles on various routes including local drops and hub runs.
• Maintain high performance standards and meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with customers and clients during deliveries.

We require Class 1 Drivers to start ASAP nearEly (Cambridgeshire) for ongoing work. Salary: £17.32 - £23.02 per hour
Location: Ely (Cambridgeshire)
Work type: Class 1 Driver
Work hours: 0500 AM - 0800 AM starts
Shift Type: Monday - Friday

Job Description:

• Hardworking and dedicated Class 1 Driver with a can-do attitude, who is willing to learn new things.
• Customer focused worker who's able to manage their own work to meet deadlines as well as maintaining performance standards.
• The successful Class 1 Driver must have a good level of English communication with customers and client
• Valid and in date CPC and Digi-Tacho Card
• Local drops, Hub Runs, Long distance, 3-7 drops a day. Each day varies but general feedback from all of our drivers is brilliant!

Key Requirements:

• Class 1 experience atleast 1 year
• DIGI - tacho card, CPC, Driving License all in date
