Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for their Lambourn hub in Berkshire. You will deliver goods within a 30-mile radius to Hampshire and Oxfordshire, completing 1–4 drops per shift. The role offers PAYE (£17/h) or Umbrella PAYE (£20/h) with 8 hours guaranteed daily.

The position runs Monday to Friday with no weekend work, start times around 7am, and a temp-to-perm route. A modern fleet and on-site parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Previous Flat Bed Experience
• Good understanding of safe driving and lifting practices.
• Reliable, professional approach with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods from the Lambourn hub to customer locations using Class 2 vehicle.
• Complete 1-4 deliveries per shift within Hampshire and Oxfordshire.
• Follow all road safety regulations and site safety requirements.
• Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and in line with company procedures.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a national client for their hub operation based in Lambourn. This role involves delivering goods from the client's hub to various destinations . Drivers can expect between 1 and 4 drops per shift within a 30-mile radius of the depot, supporting operations across Hampshire and Oxfordshire.
