Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group are recruiting for several Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our national 3PL client based in Rotherham. You will perform trunk runs delivering palletised parcels with minimal handball, on 8–12 hour shifts, with ongoing bookings made a week in advance.

You must carry out vehicle checks, maintain cab cleanliness, and ensure loads are securely fastened before driving. A valid UK licence with C+E, digital tachograph and CPC cards are required; at least 6 months Class 1

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement.
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards.
• Minimum of 6 months experience for Class 1.
• Professional at all times with a flexible approach to work.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• No INI10, TT99 or DR10.

Responsibilities

• Carry out trunk runs delivering palletised parcels.
• Carry out vehicle checks and keep cab clean.
• Ensure loads are correctly secured before driving.

• Ongoing work (Bookings available a week in advance)

You will be required to carry out vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the cab, as well as making sure that the load is correctly secured before driving.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement

• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
