Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for several Class 1 Drivers for night shifts for our national 3PL client based in Stoke.

You will be trunking pallets, performing vehicle checks, and ensuring loads are secured.

The role requires a valid UK licence with C+E, tachograph and CPC, with at least 6 months Class 1 experience, and a professional, flexible approach. Shifts are 8–12 hours with ongoing bookings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement.
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards.
• Minimum of 6 months experience for Class 1.
• Be professional at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• No INI10, TT99 or DR10 on licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle checks and maintain cab cleanliness.
• Ensure loads are correctly secured before driving.
• Trunk runs delivering palletised parcels.

The position

• Minimal handball required
• 8-12 hour shifts
• Ongoing work (Bookings available a week in advance)

You will be required to carry out vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the cab, as well as making sure that the load is correctly secured before driving.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• Have a minimum of 6 months experience for Class 1
• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No INI10, TT99 or DR10
• A minimum of 8 hours will be paid per shift.
