Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join a logistics operation near Bullwell, Nottingham NG6. This is a full-time role with regular daytime shifts and Saturday work not indicated.

You will handle local deliveries, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain high standards of safety and customer service. Weekly pay is provided, with up to 24.54 per hour when parity is met.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence and CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with curtain-side trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4–6 local deliveries or collections per shift.
• Shunt around the yard after drops until shift end.
• Operate box trailer as load requires.
• Ensure all paperwork and delivery notes are accurate.

Class 1 Driver Based: Bullwell, Nottingham| Up to £24.54

We're currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Driver to work with a well-established logistics company based Near Bullwell, Nottingham NG6. This is a great opportunity for ongoing, full-time work.

As a Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing 4/6 local collections or deliveries
• Once drops complete, you will just shunt around the yard till your shift ends.
• Operating box trailer, depending on the load
• Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately
• Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service at all times
• High standard of safe system of work

Hours & Pay:

• Start Times:Shifts 08:00 - 17:00
• Days:Monday - Friday
• Shift Length:9/10 hours per day
• Pay Rates: Up to £24.54 per hour when parity is hit
• Weekly pay every Friday

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience with curtain-side trailers preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
