Job summary

GXO Logistics is recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to support our Haydock operation. This full-time, permanent role offers a 3 on, 2 off night-shift pattern with start times between 17:00 and 19:00 and finish times 05:00–07:00. A full-year rota is provided and you will drive between Haydock, Trafford Park, and Wrexham.

The position includes an annual salary of £42,987.37, enhanced overtime rates, holiday pay, and access to a range of employee benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 Driving license, CPC and Digi tacho card are required.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to driving regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative.

Responsibilities

• Factory clearance work moving product to nearby storage depots.
• Driving between Haydock, Trafford Park, and Wrexham.
• Maximum driving distance of up to 275 miles per shift.
• Completing 3–6 loads per shift, depending on daily volume.
• Returning to the Haydock base in time for your scheduled finish.
• Following set routes – no daily route planning required.

This is afull‑time, permanent role, working an average of42 hours per weekon a3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off night‑shift pattern. Start times are between17:00 and 19:00, with finish times between05:00 and 07:00. Afull‑year rotais provided, allowing you to plan ahead.
