Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work based in Leeds, LS10 1AZ. The role involves trunking and collections with clean vehicles and minimal manual handling. You must have a valid UK HGV Class 1 licence, DCPC and Digi-tacho, and at least 12 months of Class 1 experience.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with various start times. Pay ranges from £24.94 to £37.08 per hour, with weekly pay and a retention bonus after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have valid UK HGV Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially.
• DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card required.
• May accept up to 6 points; DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements not accepted.

About you:

You will have your valid UK HGV Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
