Job summary

Red Recruitment Group are recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for a leading client based in Crick with immediate starts. 8–14 hour shifts with various start times for days or nights. Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift. Pay rates from £20 to £25 per hour.

Work involves trunking deliveries throughout the UK, typically 1–3 movements per shift. Handball may be required. The ideal candidate will hold a valid UK driving license with C+E entitlement, digital tachograph and CPC cards, and a professional,

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving license with C+E entitlement.
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards.
• No more than 6 points on license.
• At least 6 months experience driving class 1 vehicles.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trunking and distribution runs around the UK.
• 8–14 hour shifts with multiple start times for days or nights.
• Some handball may be required during deliveries.

Minimum of 8 hours will be paid per shift.

Pay Rates from £20 to £25 per hour

The work will involve driving class 1 refrigeration/Curtain sider & Box Vehicles Trunking deliveries throughout the UK usually 1-3 movements per shift. Also handball is involved with some deliveries.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

• Must hold a valid UK driving license with C+E entitlement
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
• No more than 6 points on your license
• 6 months experience minimum driving class 1 vehicles
