Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to support Recycling Operations from Ilkeston and Selby sites. The role involves operating a Walking floor trailer for collections and deliveries across several sites, with potential overtime or nights out as required.

You will drive on a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 06:00-18:00) earning £15.52 per hour and enjoy benefits including a healthcare cash plan and life assurance. Training is provided for additional duties and routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver CPC and Cat C+E Licence required.
• Tacho Card required.
• Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience.
• No more than 3 penalty points on licence.
• Comfortable with multi drop and nights out as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver uPVC plastic in various containers.
• Transport internal bag loads between Ilkeston, Alfreton, and Selby sites.
• Provide holiday and sickness cover for Skip Lorry and Tanker operations (training provided).
• Deliver and collect products professionally, efficiently, and on time.
• Liaise with the Transport Manager to ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and effectively.

ROLE: Class 1 Driver (Up to 44 Tonne)
HOURS: Basic 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 06:00-18:00
SALARY: £15.52 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to support our Recycling Operations, predominantly running out of our Ilkeston (Derbyshire) and Selby (Yorkshire) sites.

The position involves using/operating a Walking floor trailer to complete collections and deliveries across various locations. The role may include overtime or nights out on a regular basis, or occasionally, depending on business needs, to support specific routes or time-sensitive deliveries.

WHAT OUR CLASS 1 DRIVERS DO:
