Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver in Leicester to perform flatbed or HIAB delivery of construction materials with no handball. You may qualify for HIAB training and must uphold health and safety standards.

The role requires a C+E licence, DIGI and CPC cards, 12 months of Class 1 experience, a clean licence (6 points max), and strong customer service and computer skills. PAYE pay rate £20.19/hr, Mon–Fri, with holiday pay included.

Qualifications

Category C+E licence
Valid DIGI and CPC cards
12 months' experience driving Class 1 vehicles
Clean licence (max 6 points, subject to codes)
Able to work independently and to deadline
Computer literacy and excellent customer service

Join Gi Group to support the transport operation of a well known manufacturer of construction products with immediate assessments and starts available

Role Overview:

Flatbed or HIAB delivery of construction materials No handball involved Opportunity to complete HIAB qualification for the suitable drivers Maintain company health & safety standards

Shift Patterns & Pay:

£20.19/hr Monday to Friday Rates include advanced holiday pay (PAYE option without also available)

Requirements:
