Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV driver for regular Monday-to-Friday shifts in the Leicester area. Duties include delivering to retail stores with typically 1–3 drops per day, starting between 1:00am and 6:00am and finishing around 1:00pm–4:00pm.

The role offers ongoing temporary work and requires a professional, reliable driver with good UK road knowledge. Pay is £17.69 per hour with additional shift premiums.

Are you an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work?

We are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to support a busy transport operation during the upcoming peak period, with ongoing opportunities available for reliable and experienced drivers.

The Role

You will be responsible for completing deliveries to retail stores, with routes typically involving 1, 2 or 3 drops per day, depending on daily volumes.

Start times will vary between 1:00am and 6:00am, with typical finishes between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

There may also be occasional opportunities involving nights out.

Pay & Benefits

• £17.69 per hour basic rate
• 20% shift premium for hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am
• 10% shift premium for hours worked between 4:00pm and 10:00pm
• Monday to Friday working
• Regular ongoing work
