Job summary

Hiregiant Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join a Redditch-based logistics partner. This full-time night trunking role involves delivering with box trailers and curtain sides, completing 1-2 trunks per night, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Start times are 14:30 with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (weekend work may be available). Pay £19–£20 per hour (PAYE) with weekly pay every Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience.
• Experience with fridge or curtain-side trailers preferred.
• Ability to operate a pump truck and tail lift safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Class 1 Driver

We’re currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Driver to work with a well-established logistics company based in Redditch. This is a great opportunity for ongoing, full-time Night work. This will be doing trunking work only!

As a Class 1 Driver, youll be responsible for:

• Completing 1-2 Trunks per night

• Operating box trailers and curtain side vehicles

• Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately

• Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service at all times
  

Hours & Pay:

• Start Times:14:30pm

• Days: Monday to Friday (weekend work available)

• Shift Length:8 hours per night

• Pay Rate: £19.00 £20.00 per hour (PAYE)

• Weekly pay every Friday
  

Requirements:
