Job summary

Enterprise Driver Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 driver to support our client based in Manchester. We specialise in supplying professional HGV drivers and are able to offer regular, consistent work for drivers looking for stability and long-term opportunities.

Paid weekly directly by Enterprise Driver Recruitment on a PAYE basis £19.94 per hour plus holidays accrued OR £22.35 per hour including holidays paid weekly. Monday to Sunday work; start time 13:00.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 (Category CE) licence.
• A valid Driver CPC (Driver Qualification Card).
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• A valid understanding of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
• Experience in multi-drop or regional delivery work.
• The ability to secure loads safely and compliantly.
• A reliable and punctual work ethic.
• A flexible attitude to duties and routes.
• Confidence using tail lifts and pump trucks.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete regional deliveries of bread.
• Deliveries will vary based on routes and delivery location; hand balling involved.
• Work as part of a professional operation with a focus on safety and efficiency.
