Qualifications

• Minimum HGV Class 1 license required.
• Knowledge of tachograph legislation is essential.

About The Role

Drive safely while operating a Class 1 vehicle collecting waste material from Beauparc depots across the North West region. Represent the company to a good standard, ensuring work is completed and customer service standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

1. Carry out duties in a productive manner.
2. Ensure the company's Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
3. Drive in a safe and economical manner.

General Responsibilities and Activities

1. Interpret and follow legislation relating to the road traffic acts as far as is reasonably practicable.
2. Perform duties in a professional and customer-focused manner.
3. Communicate effectively with the Transport Department.
4. Report any near misses or accidents promptly.
5. Wear appropriate work-issued PPE.
6. Be flexible and adaptable.
7. Be available to work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
8. Perform any other reasonable tasks as required.
