Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking LGV drivers to collect and deliver products across a network of Ocado sites. The role is based at our Erith site near London, with a shift pattern including nights, evenings and weekends.

Successful candidates will hold a category C+E licence, have up to 6 penalty points, and show a genuine passion for driving. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

• Safe and competent driver with ability to be flexible on shift length daily.
• Desirable: minimum 6 months experience.

About the Role

The Best HGV job you will ever do! Large Goods Vehicles (LGV) drivers will undertake delivery and collection of products to and from a variety of locations in line with all company policies and procedures. This role is based at our Erith site, Church Manorway, London DA8 1DL.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect shopping from our state‑of‑the‑art warehouses and deliver it to smaller regional sites.
• Work a flexible shift pattern consisting of nights, late and early shifts, including weekends.
• Regularly carry out additional hours beyond the minimum contracted 32 hours, with routes assigned up to 12.5 hours per day.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, adhering to company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Pay & Working Hours

Position is lunar paid (every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule). Hourly pay:
• Basic Rate: £19.20
• Evening premium (18:00‑06:00): £2.00
• Sunday Day Premium: £1.74
• Sunday Evening Premium (18:00‑06:00): £3.94
• Overtime day rate: £24.00
• Overtime Evening rate (18:00‑06:00): £26.50
