Job summary

Barker Ross is offering an excellent opportunity for Class 1 drivers in the United Kingdom. This role provides regular, ongoing work with weekly shift patterns and plenty of hours.

You'll deliver curtain-sided loads to supermarket distribution centers and handle collections and return loads, with assignments mainly in general haulage and multiple deliveries before returning to site. You must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, have at least 6 months' experience, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card,

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Comfortable with curtain-sided trailer work
• Able to operate a PPT when required

Job description

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday or 4-on/4-off
• Various start times available
• Drivers must be flexible within a 2-hour start time window
• Afternoon starts offer the most regular work
• Weekly schedules provided

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• Monday to Friday - 19.00 per hour
• Saturday - 20.00 per hour
• Sunday - 21.00 per hour

The Role
