Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver to join our Coalville client. This role offers regular Monday to Friday work with a well-established company, including nights out paid according to company terms.

Responsibilities include nationwide deliveries, vehicle checks, securing loads, and completing delivery paperwork while delivering excellent customer service at all delivery points.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience.
• Previous tramping experience is desirable.

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) to nationwide destinations.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Carry out vehicle checks and ensure loads are secure.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and experienced HGV drivers looking for regular Monday to Friday work with a well-established company.

The Role

• Class 1 (C+E) driving
• Monday to Friday
• Regular tramping / nights out
• Nationwide deliveries
• Deliveries to various customer locations
• Vehicle checks and ensuring loads are secure
• Loading/unloading may be required
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

Pay & Benefits

• £16.50 per hour
• £21.00 per hour on Saturdays, where applicable
