Job description

At Blue Arrow, we are looking for reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers on a temporary ongoing basis for our prestigious client.

For this role, you will be trunking box trailers from Birtley to Livingston and Scunthorpe, or both locations in one night.

Pay Rates:

• £16.12 per hour
• £24.18 per hour OT after 48 hours

Start times will vary between 16:00 and 19:00. The operation runs from Sunday to Friday, and you will be required to work 5 shifts within this window.

48 hours will be guaranteed each week, with opportunities for overtime.

In order to process your application, you must have:

• HGV Class 1 entitlement
• CPC
• Digi tachograph card

We cannot accept more than 6 penalty points or DR/DU endorsements on a license.

Drugs and alcohol clearance will be required before commencing your assignment with this client.

Once approved, you will undergo a driving assessment and induction before starting.
