Pay Rate: £38,344.02
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday starting between 4am-8am
Location: Tingley - WF3 1SP

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver / Drayperson to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Multi drop delivery to pubs and resturants
• Between 4-20 drops per day
• Manual handling required – will need to unload at customer site (mainly kegs of beer)
• Delivering down stairs, to cellars etc.
• This role involves working with alcohol
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• You will have at least 8 months recent Class 1 HGV driving experience
