Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting for experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers in Carrington, Greater Manchester. Immediate starts on day and night shifts with various patterns, competitive hourly pay and ongoing work with potential for permanent roles.

You will drive Class 1 vehicles locally, regionally and nationally, perform load strapping, vehicle checks and paperwork while adhering to UK driving regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Ratchet strap experience required.
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 vehicles for local, regional, and nationwide deliveries.
• Supermarket RDC / trunking.
• Strapping of the load.
• Completing vehicle checks and required paperwork.
• Ensuring compliance with driving regulations and working time directives.
