Shift patterns: Monday-Friday - Start time between Midnight - 11:00am

Are you ready to hit the open road with one of the world's most recognised and award-winning supply chain leaders? DHL is searching for passionate Class 1 Drivers to become an essential part of our dynamic Tradeteam distribution service!

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Multi drop delivery of products to customers premises, delivering bulk loads, picked directly from vehicle for delivery to customer (covering from Exeter, Newcastle, Midlands)
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Count and check all products, compare to manifest and complete a visual check for any anomalies and damages
• Working in a physically demanding environment in a safe manner
• May include weekend work - Overtime rate will be payable for weekend work

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience is essential

• Able to handle alcohol (delivering kegs, spirits and confectionary)
• Familiar with vehicle safety checks
• Happy with working hours (between Midnight to 11:00am) and multi-drops
