Job summary

Qualifications

• No more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 1 vehicle on planned routes and complete deliveries/collections.

Berry Recruitment is recruiting for a Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a temporary ongoing role based in Bristol.

This is a Monday to Friday position with a 9:00am start, working until all deliveries and collections have been completed. The role involves multi-drop deliveries, vehicle checks, paperwork completion, and assisting with unloading at delivery locations.

The Role:

• Driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle across planned routes.
• Completing deliveries and collections to schedule.
• Assisting with unloading at customer sites.
• Completing vehicle defect checks before and after shifts.
• Ensuring delivery paperwork is completed correctly.
• Securing loads in line with transport regulations.
• Following driver hours and tachograph regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Understanding of driver hours regulations.
• Ability to carry out manual handling and assist with unloading.
• No more than 6 penalty points (endorsements considered).
