Job summary

SourceCo Driving is recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join them on a permanent basis at Quainton. Duties include distributing eggs and chicks to farms and hatcheries with early starts between 05:00 and 09:00 on weekdays.

Pay is £18.40 per hour, with £19.65 per hour for night hours (1800–0600) or weekends. Applicants must hold a Category C&E licence, CPC and Tachograph Card, with no more than 6 points.

Qualifications

• Category C&E Licence (Class 1) for a minimum of 2 years.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Hold a full CPC.
• Have a valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Distribution of eggs from various Breeders Farms to Hatchery.
• Deliver chicks to company and contract broiler farms.
• Deliver eggs safely to the hatchery.
• Ensure the correct protective equipment provided is worn as specified.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained continuously.

Working hours

Monday-Friday start times will vary between 0500-0900 (Flexibility is required)

Pay rates

£18.40 per hour (any hours worked between 1800-0600 or over the weekends are paid £19.65 per hour)

Location - Quainton
