Job summary

StaffCo Direct Ltd is recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) drivers for ongoing work in Sherburn in Elmet. Weekly bookings, immediate starts and potential full-time positions. AM & PM shifts with different pay rates, plus weekend uplifts.

A fully paid induction and 2-day assessment are required before starting, followed by steady block bookings. Ideal candidates hold a valid HGV CE UK licence for 12 months, have CPC and Tachograph cards, and up to 6 penalty points.

Qualifications

• HGV CE licence UK held for at least 12 months.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card required.
• Max 6 penalty points, no IN/DR/DD/TT convictions.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Physically fit and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries with manual unload.
• PM shift start between 14:00–16:00; AM shift start between 04:00–06:00.
• Occasional weekends or holidays per bookings.
• Full-time opportunities after successful induction and ongoing block bookings.

We're looking for professional and motivated drivers for both AM & PM shifts, with immediate starts available. This is a well-organised operation offering consistent weekly bookings, and opportunities for full-time positions.Pay Rates (PAYE):Monday-Friday
