Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK Category CE licence.
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points; no major endorsement codes (CD, IN, TT, BA, DR).

• Complete accurate vehicle checks.

Winner Recruitment are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for a well established Client based in Sherburn In Elmet.

We are looking for an experiened HGV Class 1 Driver for our Client in Sherburn in Elmet to work Monday to Friday, day shifts. This role may become permanent for the right candidate.

£17.00 per hour

The role as a Class 1 Driver:

• Monday to Friday
• 04:30/05:00 start times
• Curtain side trailers
• Secure loads
• Mixture of trunk runs, collections & shuttles
• Drive a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Complete accurate vehicle checks
• Abide by Driving rules and regulations

As a Class 1 Driver, you will:

• Hold a valid UK Category CE licence
• Have a minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No major endorsement codes (no CD, IN, TT, BA, DR etc)
• Maintain professional at all times
• Be honest & reliable
