Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment in Gateshead is recruiting Class 1 Dayshift Drivers. Salary £32,007.25 per year plus a monthly meal allowance of £108.33. You will complete daily vehicle checks, make deliveries and collections, and follow all procedures and safety rules.

The role offers CPC training, full uniform and PPE, an EAP, and loyalty awards. The ideal candidate holds a full LGV C&E licence for at least two years, a valid DQC/CPC, a Digital Tachograph Card and has good geographical

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LGV C&E (Class 1) licence for at least two years.
• Must have a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) / Driver CPC.
• Must own a valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Arrive on time and inform the traffic office of any issues.
• Follow company procedures, customer procedures and the Highway Code.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Complete all deliveries and collections as manifested.
• Comply with EU tachograph and WTD regulations.
• Keep the vehicle clean and tidy.
