Job summary

Turners (Soham) Ltd is recruiting LGV Class 1 Container Drivers for our Southampton depot on a tramp pattern, mainly Monday-Friday. You will work with planning and training teams in a close-knit environment and adapt to varying start/finish times.

Candidates should have English proficiency and a valid Class 1 licence. Average earnings are estimated at £38,500 to £41,500 per year, with paid CPC training during employment and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with CPC & Tacho Card.
• 25 hours CPC? Wait.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV Class 1 containers on tramp routes.
• Comply with Tachograph & Working Time Directive.
• Provide professional customer service on every shift.
• Coordinate with planning and training teams.
• Maintain PPE and documentation as required.
