Turners (Soham) Ltd is recruiting professional and reliable Class 1 Bulk Powder Drivers to join our Woolpit-based team. The role focuses on safe delivery of bulk cement to various sites and requires a professional approach and willingness to learn.

Day and afternoon/evening shifts are available, with occasional nights out for tramping; full training will be provided to the right candidate with a C+E licence, CPC/DQC, and Tachograph card.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk cement safely and efficiently to customers and sites.
• Operate bulk powder equipment following full training.

• Complete all delivery and transport documentation.
• Coordinate with transport and planning teams.
• Carry out other transport operations when required.

LGV Class 1 Bulk Powder Driver Location: Elmswell Road, Woolpit, Suffolk, IP30 9RHTurners (Soham) Ltd is one of the UK’s largest privately owned transport companies, and due to continued growth within our Bulk Powder Division, we are recruiting professional and reliable Class 1 Drivers to join the team based out of Woolpit.This is a great opportunity for experienced bulk powder drivers, as well as Class 1 drivers looking to develop their skills within the bulk powder sector.Previous bulk powder experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate. We are looking for drivers with a professional attitude who are reliable, safety-conscious and willing to learn.

The Role

As a Bulk Powder Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk cement to various locations.The role offers a variety of working patterns, with day and afternoon/evening shifts available, as well as opportunities for nights out for drivers who require or prefer tramping work.Drivers will also be expected to carry out different transport operations as required, providing flexibility across the business.

• Delivering bulk cement safely and efficiently to customers and sites.

• Completing all relevant delivery and transport documentation.
