Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver for a permanent role near Heathrow, based in Egham. The position requires a C+E license and ADR certification, with shifts at 04:00 or 16:00 and 8–11.25 hours per duty, on a rotating fortnightly pattern.

You will deliver fuel to airports, railway stations and petrol outlets, completing 2–3 drops per shift, performing vehicle and paperwork checks, and ensuring compliance with hazardous goods rules while liaising with site

Qualifications

• Must hold LGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
• ADR certification (Class 2 or 3).
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid DCPC.
• No more than 3 penalty points on license.
• Desirable: Previous tanker driving experience.

Job description

This permanent Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver - Heathrow position, based in Egham, suits an experienced C+E licence holder with ADR certification. Working full-time on rotating shifts, the driver starts at either 04:00 or 16:00, completing between eight and eleven hours fifteen minutes per duty, with patterns changing fortnightly. Duties involve transporting fuel to airports, railway stations and filling stations, typically two or three drops each shift. Applicants must follow hazardous goods legislation, carry out vehicle inspections, manage associated documentation and liaise with site staff.

Pay ranges from £26 to £27 hourly. Manpower UK seeks reliable individuals for this long-term vacancy. We are looking for skilled C+E ADR tanker drivers for this long-term contract based near Heathrow. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and regular shifts.

HGV Class 1 (C+E) ADR Driver (Class 2-3)

Location: TW19 area

Pay: £26 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Perm, full-time ongoing

• Early shift: starts at 04:00, minimum 8 hours, max 11 hours 15 minutes
• Late shift: starts at 16:00, minimum 8 hours, max 11 hours 15 minutes
• Shifts rotate every 2 weeks with some flexibility
