Hastings Group is seeking a Team Leader to guide a Repair Claims team of around 13 colleagues in Leicester. You will drive performance, engagement and continuous improvement while fostering a customer-first ethos, empowering your team through coaching, support and development to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

The role emphasises coaching, performance management and stakeholder communication, with a strong focus on change leadership and delivering positive customer and business results.

Qualifikationen

• Previous leadership experience within Claims or the Insurance industry.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong track record of improving colleague engagement and performance.
• Experience delivering excellent customer and business outcomes.
• Demonstrable success in coaching and performance management.
