Claims Operations Manager – UK

Would you like to join a highly-respected UK Claims operation in a leading role? Can you bring a wealth of claims-based operations experience including the ability to bring varied data sets to life?

If so, then we'd love to hear from you. This role supports a key business area where you will lead operations and enable improvements in close collaboration with Senior Leadership.

Our UK Claims team operates on a hybrid basis, allowing flexible work both virtually and from a regional office.

What the day will look like
  • Assisting in the monthly operational governance process and producing relevant outputs.
  • Managing escalation, tracking, and completion of actions from audits and assurance work.
  • Delivering operational and business change projects as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to implement company initiatives.
  • Supporting change management and operational improvements.
  • Identifying and implementing key projects to improve efficiency or regulatory compliance, including project management and ad-hoc support.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Aon UK Risk Management Framework and policies, including risk management and mandatory training.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships within the business.
