Job summary

A leading insurance provider is seeking a Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst to support global Delegated Claims Administrators. You will ensure compliance with due diligence processes and assist in the management of services and contracts. Experience in the insurance industry and claims is preferred. This permanent role is based in London.

Qualifications

  • Current knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claims.
  • Claims experience, with a preference for knowledge of delegated claims practices.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the onboarding of new DCAs in accordance with due diligence process.
  • Responsible for the ongoing due diligence of existing DCAs.
  • Assist with negotiating services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs.
  • Gathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposes.

Skills

Claims experience

Reporting to the Claims Operations Manager, the Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst will work with the Company Claims Adjusters to provide support in the management of global Delegated Claims Administrators (DCA’s).

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Supporting the onboarding of new DCAs in accordance with Antares due diligence process
  • To be responsible for the ongoing due diligence of existing DCAs
  • Assist the Company Claims Adjusters with the negotiation of services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs to be appointed by the Company
  • Gathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposes
  • Degree, or equivalent, preferred but not essential
  • Current knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claims
  • Familiarity with Consumer Duty requirements preferred but not essential
  • Claims experience, with a preference for knowledge of delegated claims practices
