The AA in Basingstoke is seeking a Claims Negotiator to join our Corporate Claims team and take ownership of a varied caseload from notification to resolution.
You'll investigate, assess liability and quantum, negotiate settlements, and maintain case records while providing clear decisions. Previous insurance claims handling experience is essential and you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external professionals.

This is the job
We're looking for a Claims Negotiator to join our Corporate Claims team in Basingstoke and take ownership of a varied caseload from initial notification right through to resolution.
Predominantly handling non-motor claims made against the AA, you'll get to the heart of each case – investigating what happened, reviewing evidence, assessing liability and quantum, and negotiating fair and timely settlements.
This is a role where your judgement really matters. You'll have the autonomy to make evidence based decisions, manage your own caseload and see each claim through to the best possible outcome.
