• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled, or able to obtain licenses per local requirements.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.

• Set reserves and determine proper course of action based on coverage and damages.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process and document activity timely.
