Are you a specialist Claims leader ready to take on a high-impact role across global Energy & Marine portfolios?

We’re partnering with a market-leading syndicate to find a Claims Manager – Energy & Marine Lines, a pivotal role in a high-performing global team. You'll take the reins of a diverse, technical portfolio spanning Renewables, Upstream, Downstream, Power, and Marine – and potentially some additional lines as this role grows. This is a rare opportunity to shape claims strategy across complex risks and jurisdictions, while working alongside market-leading underwriters and senior stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll drive performance, lead high-value and complex claims, and play a key role in delivering best-in-class outcomes for clients and the business. You’ll also help develop and mentor the team, identify areas for improvement, and ensure operational excellence throughout the claims lifecycle.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience handling complex Energy and/or Marine claims – ideally in a lead or senior role
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• The confidence to take ownership and provide strategic input
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management ability
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• A sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in global markets
