An innovative firm is seeking a Claims Manager to lead a dynamic team in a newly created role. This position involves managing claims across multiple sites, ensuring high levels of customer service, and mentoring staff. Our client is looking to appoint a Claims Manager in this newly created role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the claims teams across multiple sites and working with the Head of Claims to achieve corporate objectives.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Claims and be responsible for managing the firm's claims team and providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new customers, in accordance with FSA and internal requirements.
