Join our dynamic Claims Recoveries team. We are seeking individuals to support our Recovery department. No prior recovery/claims experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training. If you have strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, and are comfortable with phone and web chat platforms, this role is ideal for you.
Role Purpose
Your main responsibility is to manage a portfolio of non-fault claims after road traffic accidents, focusing on recovering costs from responsible parties, including third-party insurers, policyholders, and suppliers.
Your duties include setting expectations, providing updates, collecting evidence, and actively progressing claims to close them as non-fault, helping preserve our customers' no-claims discount. As you advance, you'll handle more complex claims like foreign claims, bodily injuries, fraud, and more.
