We have a role in our Marine Claims team for a Claims Handler. This team is currently experiencing significant growth, and the exposure level will be substantial!

Role Responsibilities
  1. Provide advice to clients regarding Marine Hull claims as required.
  2. Ensure the timely processing of all claims documents and respond to inquiries related to claims processing.
  3. Handle client monies securely, efficiently, and in an auditable manner, proactively managing payments.
  4. Maintain and update in-house systems.
  5. Develop and maintain strong client and market relationships as appropriate.
  6. Perform quality control checks on all documentation.
  7. Adhere to and fully meet Miller's expectations as outlined in its policies, procedures, training materials, and embedded in its systems and controls. Our policies are designed to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations related to legal, financial crime, and other relevant areas.
  8. Comply with external rules and requirements, such as Lloyd’s byelaws and FCA regulations.
  9. Promote Miller’s brand and values to enhance its reputation in the market.
