Job summary

Howden is seeking a Construction Claims handler to act as the primary link between clients and insurers. You will ensure claims are coordinated to standards and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service.

Experience in insurance claims handling is expected, with a focus on strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure within a hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard – Grade A-C (or equivalent).
• Progression towards professional qualifications is desired but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between the client and the insurer.
• Coordinate claims processing in line with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an excellent service level and timely handling of claims.
• Support the claims team with administration and coordination tasks.
