Description
We are seeking a Motor Claims Handler to join our team, managing a caseload of Pre Litigated Motor Claims. This role offers an opportunity to start a new career in law within a supportive environment.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims from inception to settlement efficiently
- Identify cases suitable for early litigation with high success prospects and low risk
- Deliver high levels of service and maintain productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent service
- Accurately input and maintain data
Working Hours
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, including 1 hour for lunch.
This is a hybrid role, working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Experience handling motor claims and litigated liability and quantum disputes
- Experience with repair documentation and quoting case law
- Client handling experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Customer service skills, attention to detail, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team
