The successful candidate will be responsible for improving claims management through data science solutions, predictive models, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications
At least 2+ years of professional experience in data science or similar roles.
Understanding how to evaluate performance within risk decisioning.
Experience with unstructured data (e.g. documents, free text).
Responsibilities
Owning and delivering data science solutions improving claims management.
Building and deploying predictive models for risk triage and fraud detection.
Collaborating with engineers to embed models into internal systems.
Supporting A/B tests and analytics to prove business value.
Skills
Experience building and deploying ML models
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in SQL
Understanding of performance evaluation within risk decisioning
Familiarity with A/B testing
Education
PhD or master's degree from a top institution
