The successful candidate will be responsible for improving claims management through data science solutions, predictive models, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of professional experience in data science or similar roles.
• Understanding how to evaluate performance within risk decisioning.
• Experience with unstructured data (e.g. documents, free text).

Responsibilities

• Owning and delivering data science solutions improving claims management.
• Building and deploying predictive models for risk triage and fraud detection.
• Collaborating with engineers to embed models into internal systems.
• Supporting A/B tests and analytics to prove business value.

Skills

Experience building and deploying ML models

Proficiency in Python

Proficiency in SQL

Understanding of performance evaluation within risk decisioning

Familiarity with A/B testing

Education

PhD or master's degree from a top institution
