Job summary

Pioneer Search Ltd is seeking a Claims Operations Analyst to support its claims function in City of London. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining accurate claims information, supporting administrative processes and producing reporting for internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in claims administration or insurance operations, with strong data discipline and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook. This is a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to organise information and manage administrative tasks.
• Willingness to learn new systems and insurance processes.
• Experience in claims administration or insurance operations beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & update claims records across internal systems, ensuring information is accurate & up to date.
• Support the administration & ongoing maintenance of claims applications & processes.
• Produce claims reports & operational information for internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with external service providers & internal teams.
• Review & organise claims data, identifying errors & inconsistencies.
• Assist with wider administrative activities across the claims function.
