The Medical Protection Society is seeking an experienced Claims Assistant to join their dynamic, member-focused Claims Handling team. You will manage your own small caseload and support Claims Managers and Solicitors, communicating daily with members and stakeholders by phone and email.

MPS is looking for an experienced Claims Assistant to join their dynamic and member focussed Claims Handling team.
You will work with Claims Managers & Solicitors to provide exceptional service to our members, who are healthcare professionals from all over the world. You will manage your own small caseload, alongside giving hands‑on support to Claims Managers and speaking to our members, and internal and external stakeholders daily on the telephone and over email.
This is a progressive opportunity for someone already experienced and/or qualified in a legal or claims handling area to move to the next level and gain valuable experience in a fast moving and impactful area.
