What the day will look like We are currently seeking an experienced Marine Liability Claims Handler to join our wider Marine Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a pivotal role managing complex liability claims across a diverse marine portfolio. The successful candidate will be confident handling high-value and technical claims, working with a wide range of stakeholders within the London Market.
  • Handle a variety of marine liability claims and Ports & Terminal package policies.
  • Assess coverage, investigate liability, and manage claims through to resolution
  • Work closely with brokers, underwriters, legal counsel, and third-party experts
  • Ensure timely and accurate claims reporting and reserving
  • Support clients with technical advice and guidance throughout the claims process
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing

  • Familiarity with ECF/class systems and other market tools
