Eames Consulting is working closely with a global insurer who is looking to appoint a Claims Adjuster within their Professional Liability team. This individual will handle a mixed caseload of international Professional Liability claims, focusing on D&O and Transactional Liability claims.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure claims submitted are processed efficiently, in accordance with service levels, from first notification to resolution.
• Manage and oversee service providers, such as solicitors, and develop strategies for effective claim resolution.
• Communicate and coordinate with brokers, co-insurers, and customers regarding claims.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and Underwriting teams to ensure seamless business operations and effective communication across the organization.

Required Experience:

• At least 2 years' experience handling D&O claims in the London Market.
