Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee cladding remediation contracts, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality. You will coordinate with Commercial, Design, Finance and H&S teams while line-managing site staff and subcontractors.

You will maintain regulatory compliance, drive programme development and control costs, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across projects in London and the Southeast.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline.
• CSCS card.
• Site Managers Safety SMSTS.
• Asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection and first aid certificates.
• EWI/cladding experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor project plans and budgets with Commercial, Design & Quality and H&S teams.
• Line manage block/assistant/site managers.
• Ensure delivery of project to time, cost and quality targets.
• Coach and train staff within your remit.
• Maintain relationships with client staff, stakeholders and funders.
