Civils / Water Operative - Career Progression

Are you an Operative from a civils, water, utilities or pipeline background and looking for a role where your salary and responsibilities can develop as you gain experience?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established contractor with over 25 years of experience delivering major water and civil engineering projects. The business offers ongoing training, overtime, door-to-door pay, annual bonuses and opportunities to progress into more senior positions.

This role will vary depending on your level of experience, with opportunities to work across water infrastructure, civils and site-based works. You will work as part of an team on a range of water and civil engineering projects, carrying out hands‑on work including deep excavation, pipework installation and associated civils. As your experience develops, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress into senior and supervisory positions.

This role would suit candidates from a range of backgrounds, from experienced operatives looking to develop their careers through to experienced Gangers and Supervisors looking for increased responsibility and earning potential.
